- Self-pickup option available for free in Luxembourg City.

- Luxembourg: Flat rate of 3.50€.
- Europe: Flat rate of 5.50€.

03. Returns and Refunds:
- 14-day return policy.
- Customer bears return shipping costs.
- Item must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Refund will be processed after proper inspection.

- Only regular priced items are refundable.
- Sale items are non-refundable.
05. Late or Missing Refunds:
